Keep going at it. Hopefully you can get it somewhat working.
That teebar would have hard spots in it from it being formed. Maybe you should
have heated them red orange to anneal them first.

Draw the offsets and then program on tool center just make sure of the tool diameter will work everywhere.

That thin of glass is not difficult to cut if you score it correctly with a good glass cutter. After cut to basic size, you can grose with pliers sand or carefully grind to get the rounded corners...

Hey Dan, You may want to cut the glass to size then see about getting it tempered so it won't crack easily.

I feel your pain. Did you use fixtures like I did? I had some warping in my boom but fixed it by clamping the whole section to my metal shear's table then ran my jewelers torch back and forth...
