I made drawings from all the pictures I was able to find online and then laser cut and cnc machined the parts and glued them together ;) Easy

Do you have so perfectly configured/modificated machine or you have some trade secrets that you use to get that tolerance? I can get something about 0.05mm usually...

Ari, great job there!

Maybe you should get better CAM? Also for that one part, why not try a demo of some powerful program? You could get the part done even if you don't buy the 10k per year CAM...
