Glad that was helpful. Those pads are looking great!

I know with open pours some epoxies will let you clear out near-surface bubbles with a butane torch lightly, not sure how it might work with...

For degassing, you might be able find a painting pressure pot easier than making vac chamber?

I'm not 100% sure on your design of that last piece, but think i've got a basic enough idea.

Instead of doing a full redesign for the bi-stable latch I might try to file some directional ramps on...

The orange and grey livery should look really good on it.
