Looks like a Deutz Diesel engine and I really like the double cone clutch arrangement for the swing. All mechanical drive.

Well I guess that I should start a truck build and this is my first RC truck. Was a Wall Mart last year and saw this Freight liner dump with pup. Thought that it might be a good truck to model...

Back in 2006 the same shop did a 1980 Freightliner cab over also in stainless. It's called the S.S. Liner. It too is very impressive but I wasn't able to find pictures.

Guys just a little suggestion. If the oil comes out of your equipment looking that bad your looking for big trouble down the road.
That oil is the life blood of any hydraulic system big or small....

Was at Greg's this afternoon for a preview. Seeing this model up close is amazing. This model is going to be a power house and a great runner. He's really mastered the art of fabricating models.
