Re: 53 Ford COE

Yes I am and I finally figured out what kind too. It will be a two-car trailer to haul my Datsun and what ever vintage racer I build later. It will be a lowboy gooseneck, with a walking beam setup,...

Re: 53 Ford COE

1) shelf it until the times turned around
2) sell everything...

A crew cab would be sweet, but I don't know what I would put it on. Maybe build another wrecker bed. We will just have to see.

Re: 53 Ford COE

It is the same one, but I thought I would post pics of the build here. It will just be a revised build thread for the body. I am thinking about making a crew cab version just to say I have done it...

53 Ford COE

I have been wanting to build this truck since the early 90's. the only problem was that there was not too many parts available to build it the way I wanted too. Some years later, many parts are...

Re: Midnight Pumpkin scale close to semi's?

Hey Thor,
The MP cab will make a great body if you want to put an 18R chassis underneath it. I am not sure about the Weidco chassis, but I can tell you that I narrowed my Tamiya front axle and...

Re: Bullitt signing in

I finally bought a Hilux, so I have a scale pickup to run. I am working on a 1/12 Datsun 240Z, so I will have a car to run, and you know about the COE. I just need to figure out what I...

Re: Howdy Ya'll

Glad to know there is another south Texas Fella here. I thought I was all alone. Looking forward to seeing the progress on the excavator, not to mention possibly seeing it in person.

Re: weekday home

Good to know because Laredo is not a place you want to go to now. However, if they are going to shoot you down south, shoot me a PM. Always wanted to meet a member.
