Finished the front bumper and mounted it properly this week. The bumper is held on by a M4 and M3 on each side. The inner square shaft is plug welded into the square tube of the bumper.

The remaining bearing housing arrived in the mail so I got on with the PTO and front bumper for the truck. I'm making the bumper removable so I can mount other attachments like snow plow, or brush...

When we did the test we grabed digital fishing scales, applied a little wight to the rear wheels and it pulled to about 4.5kg before the drive chain started making clicking sounds. Not a very exact...
