Looking good! Moving the front axle and lowering the sleeper roof made some big improvements for sure.

I really like the length of a stock Grand Hauler, not too short, not too long.

No, I wasn't complaining at all. I was just saying the price of these did not seem out of range to me. The chrome custom stacks that vendors sell (Snochaser, Russ,....) on here are very nice too,...

Just talked with the bay seller, He is making me a new one just like the one I had but said he will make it stronger where the headlights bolt up. I feel better now.

Thanks, when I named it that my plan was to use a Wedico Peterbilt cab. That did not happen but even still the only parts that are Tamiya right now are the frame rails, floorboards and spring...

The nice thing about the bolt on fenders is they work great for two tone paint schemes.

Not trying to spend your money or build your truck but if you are going with 379 fenders it is much easier to buy a hood and fenders from Shapeways, make one straight cut to remove your old hood and...
