I'm not familiar with this particular ESC, but I would start with the easy stuff first. Is the polarity correct on the ESC from the battery? Is the polarity from the ESC output to the receiver...

The motor has two wires going to the ESC. There should be plugs on the wires between the motor and ESC. Just unplug one of them, and see if the noise goes away.
