Yes you might be right on the brass shaft, but on the first one I did some testing crushing real rocks and it did at least hold up for that, but this time I will use a larger beltdrive and...

Yeah, I did consider that on the first one as well, but for simplicity I made them straight, but I think youre right, it will feed better.
Is only the moving jawplate curved on yours?

As I sold the crusher a few months ago I still had a few parts left from the lasercutter to make another one, but I only have parts to make the crusherbox, so thats what Im going to do for now.

Did exactly the same to my 470 the other day, the output shaft bushing was worn out, replaced the "lid" on the gearbox and its all good now. :)

Exactly, great for prototyping, but can be made really strong as well, but plastic is plastic, I prefer metal for strength and realism. :)

Its a rotortilt, very common here in Sweden and the nordic countries...

Not really, I have done a test run, but I forgot that I just had spot welded the fixed crush plate so it came loose and that was the end of that test! :)
I did re-weld it the other day though, so...

Well, I got a bit more done to the crusher. I got a new more powerful motor for the feeder, works much better now.
Also got most of the conveyor done, a few more pieces to do but Im almost there....
