Axles are made of wood with holes cut to gear motor diameter, motors are wrapped once round with electrical tape and it holds them in solid(had to hammer them back out), this gives me clearance on...

900ml i think, how big are the rc4wd cylinder you are using? im sure someone said they are 18mm? As for the tank, use an rc car/heli fuel tank much better capacity

Opposite end of the valve block to where your pressure line goes in, not sure what your valve is like but on the vario you have at one end a hole for the feed from the pump then next to that a hole...

Try your local hydraulic shop ask for pneumatic hose rated at 20bar or something near, might save you postage costs. Premacon seems quite good on prices for pumps, i will definatly order my next one...

hrz5 should be more than enough for what you need mine is a bit slow with 25mm cyl on stick and 20mm on bucket, i had a flyer through the mail today from jungfluid quoting 155euro for a pump and tank...

10bar isnt much and if you expect to go out and dig virgin ground you will be sorely dissapointed, at such a small size there is no real cheap way of doing it apart from making the parts yourself....

You dont know if you dont try, you could use them for small stuff, try filling them with water and piping 2 together so you push 1 rod down and it pushes the other up, then attach 1 to something you...

You wont get proportional control your valve works either on or off like a switch and constant pumping against your cylinders with oil might not work, when it bottoms out it will blow the pipes off.

Ive had mine since 2009(standard 8FG) only recently updated software for 14ch, had to send it back 6months after i got it, the calibration went on 1 of the sticks so had to go back for a warranty...

Hi Jw, dont think it will be possible to drill into the hex on these rims, i think that the idea you said about drilling the motor shaft and putting a pin through maybe the best option, i did a bit...

have some 17mm hex and 14mm hex wheels i need to attach to gear motors but what can i use to attach them? any ideas?
