Nice job on the pre cleaner Dan. If you had a lot of those to make you could make a wooden pattern and spin thin aluminum over it.

That thin of glass is not difficult to cut if you score it correctly with a good glass cutter. After cut to basic size, you can grose with pliers sand or carefully grind to get the rounded corners...

Hey Dan, You may want to cut the glass to size then see about getting it tempered so it won't crack easily.

Nice parts.If you could have TIG welded the metal you wouldn't have much warping. You should get a small machine and try it some day. With the thin metal you wouldn't need a big machine with much...

HMM, Looks like you will need to bend smaller diameter steel lines that will take up less room.
Or you could bring it with you to the USA next week and leave it with me and maybe I could fix it...

I wouldn't worry about having the chrome done. Just polish it as best you can or maybe have it precision ground somewhere. The chrome is just keep a cylinder from wear. I don't think it matters on...

Are you using acid etch primer? That would bite into the metal. On my 1:1 equipment I have used acid etch on sheet metal parts and on the big parts I go with the yellow primer Caterpillar offers. Cat...
