I think we got er Joe, I switched the two leads on the small terminal strip for the right drive motor. Got both tracks going in the same direction. Messed with the pots a little more and no it seems...

Ok, tried that. When rudder is turned left one track goes forward and one goes backward, when turned right the tracks turn opposite. But when I move throttle up or down, nothing happens.

Joe, just tried switching the aux1 to aux3, and now with aux2 three position switch centered the left track moves slow in either direction when moving aux 3 knob. When aux2 switch is up or down both...

I was a little nervous about touching the paint, so I cheated and did this with 1/16" pin stripe tape. Looks pretty good. I have a buddy who pin stripes all my Harleys and Choppers...

I got my stainless deck plates on and finished the sleeper lights, I put two 3mm lights in the sleeper base to reflect some orange off the inside of the tanks.

Yes I'm using a Dx8, I set up the boom, swing, stick and bucket per your recommendation. I'm not sure of the ESC that came with it, here is a pic.
