Moving forward:
1. The front tow hook under bar mount needs some linkage

2. The cab partly completed

There were some tweaks required to get the doors to close properly and I had to clear out a couple of threads which were partly covered with paint.

3. Partly completed cab mounted to the chassis

4. Fuel Tank and Ad Blue Tank Mounted

The fuel tank has the axle diff lock servos and electronics inside... 1 servo operates the rear axle diff locks, the 2nd operates the front lockers.

The electronics allows the two servos to be controlled by 1 three position switch... 0 - no diff locks engaged, 1 - rear diff locks engaged, 2. Front and rear diff locks engaged.

5. Door Hardware

Mirrors and a few other bits mounted...

6. Cab Electronics

The ribbon cable is the electrical connection between the cab and the chassis, allowing the cab to be easily removed. On the right is a tbs mini sound and auxiliary light controller... The throttle channel signal and another channel are routed to the mini, which allows the sound and auxiliary lights to be controlled.

7. Main electronics
Under the cab are two layers of electrics, this shot is part way through the build, for testing and will be tidied up:

Under here we have:
- servonaut s20 speed controller
- servonaut ml4 light controller (Parker/low beam, high beam, indicators)
- 5amp bec - for all the servos...
- main power distribution board inc. fuse.

8. Roof Clearance lights

These were a real challenge as the holes in the roof were too small, even after cleaning out... Got them in eventually.

Here is the rig with the trailer on:

With the rest of the PARC Equipment & Haulage fleet:

I still have a bit of work to do on it, as I am waiting on some parts from Scaleart (table light electrics, and replacement cab valance and mudguard).

I have skipped a lot of detail if you have any questions let me know...

Hope you find this interesting.

Cheers,
Andrew P.
