Sorry Ed, I must be misunderstanding, I've dealt with both PayPal and major credit card companies in some cases of fraud, both scam and misleading sales. It's never a good thing!!! I hope you are able to find some even ground with them and get those pieces of equipment!! I would like to hear from ya on how the new dozer is!! Either way I'm sure you'll do what you can, just hope it works out and ya get them sitting under the tree!!
