I was thinking of doing another Transfer build later this year with the doner globe parts.
As for the build, spent several hours debating on body/hood height versus wheel size versus axel placement.
Result is that standard tamiya wheels are too large. Therefor cannot set hood at proper height. Also with these older aftermarket aluminum rims I have the track width at the front is too wide.
This body must match scale dims and therefore be more proper for a 1970 ish or earlier frame and wheel sizing.
The accessories I purchased with the cab are Aussie style air cleaners (tall stacks and both sides) so a high cab and hood looks to fit those details better.
