Yes they are printed in three pieces then glued together. The center roller shaft slips into place then the angled roller shafts lock it into place. Rollers are acetal plastic. Just using brass for roller shafts. The parts printed and shafts are very simple and cheep parts. So if they wear it's just a matter of pulling 4 m3 bolts and replacing the whole roller assembly. My plans (in my head) are to have the screen on a 5 degree angle with a hopper that has a short conveyor feeding the screen. Then all along belly of screen another conveyor transporting screened material under hopper to empty into another longer conveyor for spoil pile. Then the material that doesn't pass through screen empty to a conveyor to be piled. The hopper is going to be about 24" wide, wide enough for the haul truck to dump or two regular size dump trucks side by side. More of a quarry processing trommel verses a mobile setup.
