I have one more winch drum sitting in the lathe right now, just need a better axle to fit the bearings. One more bottleneck is the wire gauge also. Need to get bigger and shorter wire, they get an itty bitty hot
The lift mast is one other story, lots of friction and bending. Cheapest plastic I've seen in a long time. I might have to bite the bullet and make a better one, now when the rest of "Forky" run so good.
