Everybody does Custom & Show trucks, but in the real world i see a whole lot more stock and Fleet equipment out doing things.
Nylint 1975+ Chevrolet squarebody U-HAUL Maxi-mover. First teaser pic when i brought back a 1950 Woody wagon from Florida
I still don't see a change between any 'rounded line' square-body Chevy or Gmc truck, but people will claim there are very many differences! (The paint stores sell 57,000,000 shades of white, so sure why not?)
Chevy squarebody grilles by year

I guess Nylint chevy pickup uses close to a 1973-74 grille.
Then a gm 4wd truck with a 1 ton carrying frame is a K-30.
I can't find anything about uhaul actually running this cab with that box, but it looks pretty cool.

The first step of RC Conversion is buy more rolling stock???

Then might as well repaint the cab closer to the actual Uhaul livery, but do it 'Fleet style' so that every section of white is a different color. "The boss just said White paint, i dunno."
Chopped some steel square tube into a pair of C-channels to become chassis rails. Got a pile of aftermarket wpl metal crossmembers, gearmotor trans, leaf springs, and some chassis rails mocked up to start planning holes in the Loooong frame.
Pro tip: Always remember to leave your nylock hardware loose so you can drop parts into the abyss! Then you get to reorder kits and pretend your original plan was to 'millitary wrap' the main leafs before you start adding helper leafs.
WPL / JJRC running gear, axles, D12 steelies. I want to stick with open-differentials to help with turning radius so i can still fail massively with backing trailers.
Steel stretched frame under a steel body, with useable payload, it's going to need ALL of the springs.
Planning on using at least 1 frame mounted carrier bearing with the metal cvd driveshafts to reach from trans to rear differential
