It works just the same as the other forum but the members here have not been using it.
If you click on the set of scales in the upper right hand of a post you can add to that members reputation. And yes some of the mods and other members are gaining reputation because we have ben using the system.
I am glad you brought this up Nathan I was wandering when someone was going to ask and for being observant you will get some reputation points.
