He didnt just run them over as there are 2 under that pile... He dumped 5 buckets from the excavator on them then proceeded to flatten the dirt with the bucket to pack it down, let them sit for a while then used the ripper to find them and pull them out and drug the one with the wheel barrow around for a bit.... Just a few violations.. but it was quite funny..
in his defence they were working outside of the saftey perimeter and walked under the falling dirt HAHA
