guys knowing the intersection and moving excavators of that size on a tag , the guy was just goin to fast . I think I know who it is too

) I it's a 315 or 312 I'm leaning to 315 should not really be towed on a tag ( to high of CG ) . There's a slight incline at the intersection that makes it a beach to pull out loaded if you get the light . It would've taken 2 flats on the side of roll over to lay it over . Yea he's lucky no one got hurt . thats my high-school in the background , If school was in session , surely someone would've. At that time in the morning that intersection gets packed with kids goin into to school .
