Similar thoughts as to flyingbeagle, But Matco tools makes a very slim right angle drill attachment that's stout enough for use but not nearly as large as the one above. I have one at home I can snap some pics of tonight for you. In the meantime ill see if I can find a link to it. If i remember correctly graham tools also sells one identical to it.
