What is the little piece of equipment, sitting in the background, with the rims piled on it's base? A snow cone maker?  The handle makes me think mini drill press, but I don't see a motor, chuck, or cord anywhere. I thought maybe a hand tapper, but there is no handle for turning the taps. Can't be an arbor press. http://www.alspi.com/corepress.htm I found it in a scrounging trip at a place similar to HGR industrial surplus . I thought it was a press of some sort . So, I grabbed for some wild idea of using as 1 till I investigated it a little more
. It's got a granite base
and a dial indicator put in it and we got a hight test stand
