Thanks Joe. I started to change things a bit this morning but I decided to leave it for another day. I did manage to try out the new digging bucket though. This pump motor set up makes such a horrible vibration at medium speeds. It really drives me crazy. I'm using a love joy coupling but I think I may make a solid sleeve to try.

I got a start on the clean up bucket today but didn't get a chance to finish it...
Here's a picture of my 150amp torch. I normally use a #4 cup and change the tungsten to match the amperage as required.
