I know the feeling ALL TO WELL... I have full scale trucks and replica trucks together as my screensaver and my background for my computer. Everyone who comes to the house has to play: GUESS THE REAL TRUCK. They are so wrong on most of the replicas. I just shake my head and tell them we have some Master-Builders and Amazing Builds from our club.
My mom is pretty cool about it, she's just reconciled herself to referring to them as "your trucks" or "the Tamiya trucks". My dad knows the differences.
