I emailed Frank at Fumotec over a week ago, because I wanted some info on the 490 excavator, but I still haven't heard back from him. I used the email posted on the website:
info@fumotec.com Has anyone else been in contact with him lately, or is there another way I can contact him, or is it typical for it to take a while? Just a bit surprised that he wouldn't respond to a prospective customer.
Any help would be much appreciated.
