Ok I think I figured it out. Thanks for fixing my post fhhhstix. Photo bucket has changed a bit since last time I posted.
So this is from my original assembly. I have been taking it apart becasue the track did not move freely. I tried just opening up the holes for the pin to 1/8. did not help. Still lots of binding. So I have resorted to bending or reforming the pads and that seems to help. Very slow go. As I have wrote lots of taking things back apart. When I first assembled the track putting the pins and clips together. All moved well. Once I put the pads and grousers on it started binding. While in storage parts got just a bit rusty and that did me in.
