The internal pressure in your eye should be less than 20, mine was over 60 and I was having a mild "event". Its called Closed Angle Glacoma. I had both eyes fixed and no more migraines! Still get the occasional sinus headache, but I'm not quite into cutting my nose off.

This might not be the problem but checking the pressure in your eyes takes about 5 minutes and it sounds like you've tried every thing else.

Good Luck, Kent
You know this may be something I have not had done. I've been to the optomoligist for an exam for possible causes but don't remember if they checked pressures or if it was just vision exams. When I get headaches and migraines I feel alot of pressure in my sockets and pressing g on them seems to help with the pain too. I'll def. have to ask of this test was performed or not.
