I'd like to respond by saying I don't understand Ric, and my intent is not to "flame" him.
Let me sum up my thoughts, and my thoughts only, about Ric. He has some really awesome stuff, a great website, but he's terrible when it comes to customer service. Whether it's an unreturned call, or email, each represents potential $$.
Return customers maintain stability of a business, while potential customers represent its growth. Maybe he's at a volume of business he's comfortable with, and doesn't feel a need to grow.
In my book there's absolutely no excuse for not returning calls or emails, even if it isn't as quick as someone would like.
I sent him an email on 12/27 that is still unanswered. Maybe his blew up, or emails accidentally were deleted. But based on this thread, I'm sure mine isn't an isolated event.
