Hello folks.
My name is Darryl. I live in Newfoundland Canada and I have been a heavy equipment operator for 15 + years. I also love building models/diorama's (been doing that since I was a child).
I was recently introduced to this hobby by youtube. I must say I was stricken with interest right from the get go
. I have been watching hours of videos and reading forums. I am going to step into the world of RC Construction.
I know it is a very expensive hobby. I have done some researching and with every bit of info I get I am more intrigued.
I am on the hunt for an excavator (either hydraulic at purchase or a conversion).
Any advice or information from the masters here is greatly welcome and appreciated.
