When installing You have to find the "sweet spot" in the frame to bolt it in. Bolted in To far forward it will not lift the box very high. To far rearward and I question the strain it would see trying to lift the load. I mounted mine between the axels to get good hight and good leverage. Where it's mounted it sits about 15mm above the frame rail so that it clears the axels and allows them to articulate? This is ok because the tires will extend about 5 mm above the rails.
