Thanks Stuart. Well I have busted both so that's not good but I think I have things sorted now. The converted servos are easier to mount in the machine but require more fiddling to attach the sprocket. I think the gear motors are smoother in operation but are more difficult to fit into the machine because of their width. I have one more experiment to try with dozer #3 but both 1 & 2 seem to be working OK.

Today's update. I added the cutting edge to the blade and started work on the open D6H style cab. I have raised the height and added width to the cab in an attempt to make it more to scale for a D6. I still have a bit more to sort out and then I will mount some grab handles and such.
Keith, I know you were totally in love with the stock exhaust pipe but I had to change it...Sorry
