Stahl 922
I picked this up a few weeks back and have been messing around with a bit. I pulled out the Leimbach ESC and added a Servonaut M220 and a SMT for sound. Love the sound these make. Well the more I add the more channels I need so the DX8 is not going to cut, I picked up a DX18, that should handle it.
[IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] I borrowed one of my sons operators until I can find someone more appropriate. [IMG][/IMG] |

Re: Stahl 922
Something said by our predecessors overseas years ago was "...these guys getting high end construction models and trying to operate them correctly with cheap$ radio systems?!"
The DX18 is far from cheap, but priced very reasonable for what it's capable of doing, in comparison to other popular radio brands of similar quality & # of chs. When the technology is beyond what your initial capacity limits are, you're on the right path to achieving maxium entertainment value.
