Default 13 ft disc for my DA9190 and MF1155

Hi together!

To have some equipment for the tillage I started with a 13ft disc today. Here are the first parts....nearly 2" diameter concaved steel discs...
They will be assembled with some tubes and a threaded rod.

regards
Frank

I got the discs from the local hardware store. Ususlly they are used as end caps for welded tubes.

Today I made the first test run of the lifting system...it works great with te cylinder!

To adjust the tilling depth I put the tractor 15 millimeter higher. In this position I can adjust the parallelism of the discs to the ground by turning the spindele...

If I find the time and the weather is ok I will make a video of the testrun outdoors in the next few days.

Very nice work, Frank. The disk looks awesome. That hard packed ground isn't a good judge for the disk's functionality though. I'm sure it would work a lot better in a more scale, packed dirt field.

Video look good. I like the new tire setup. It looks like you need to adjust the hitch to have more rear dig. It looked like the rear was in the air and allowing the front to pull sideways and not cut like it should.
