Re: 1966 Ford T850 Build
did alittle more work on the Super Duty..got some drilling done before the prep and paint.Found some almost period correct roof marker lights and the small double trumpet air horns and scratchbuilt the rooftop a/c unit .not 100% sure i will put the a/c unit on here yet ,but i made it just in case or will use if for another truck ..perhaps the cabover Transtar...

Re: 1966 Ford T850 Build
Cool!! I've seen the cab. That dealer has a beautiful K100 for sale, if I remember correctly. How is the cab and print quality? Do you need to sand it a lot?

Re: 1966 Ford T850 Build
got more work done on the Duper Duty this weekend.got the chassis built and relocated the front axle forward on the leaf springs so the wheels line up with the wheel wells .scratchbuilt the steps under the doors and drilled a few more holes and dry fitted more parts before the prime and paint for this tractor.i also hooked it to the trailer i will be pairing it with ..it a vintage 40ft rack trailer i bought from someone local to me.so here are the updated pics of the work with the trailer ..too cold to paint yet but maybe next weekend...

Re: 1966 Ford T850 Build
That is going to be a really nice old school rig. Is that the trailer for it? Looks pretty good being pulled by that truck.
