Default LR634 loader with Premacon fittings.

A couple years back I bough the fittings from Premacon along with the 3mm OD tubing they sell. Two weeks ago I put all the fittings on. I replaced the Leimbach tubing with the stiffer Premacon tubing. I have the pressure set to 20+Bar.

I should have measured all the seals while I had the pistons apart, something to do for later. Here's a picture.

I ordered new hydraulic cylinders and a valve block from Magom HRC. I took the leimbach cylinders and valve apart to measure for new Orings. In the process I nicked one of the piston rods pretty badly. I'll try to repair it and keep it for other projects. I turned the pressure down on the pump as well to the stock 15bar setting.
I ordered one of Magoms aluminum track links to see if it would work on the Carson LR634.

Forum is up! I recieved the track link from Magom and it will not work. Maybe if I made a new sprocket/drive wheel? I dont know the right term.

The pistons and valve look nice. I really like the included exploded parts diagram that is included. They also have the parts diagram on their website. I also purchased some oil filters from Magom, which look like RC car fuel filters to save space in the tracked loader.

My LESU Caterpillar 374 excavator kit also arrived. Main thing I've done is ordered two new brushless escs that go directly into reverse without having to brake first. I also ordered more screws and nuts to reinforce some areas that I think could break later on.

The Magom track link compared to the stock Carson track Link.

Magom cylinders. They have 3mm threaded holes on one end which I don't need. And the two lift cylinders will have a 2mm tapped hole added like the stock end thingys do.

Chain guard that I bought from the link above. The screws are RC4WD hexhead M2. I was testing them out to see how they would fit.
