Default Always thinking RC.....

Sue and I are on vacation!

Made the 1,000km trip north to go visit my mom and help my sister and brother in law, ( the guy who built the wooden excavator for those who remember ).

The house is too big and mom is alone now so we sold the house I was born and raised in. Our vacation consists of going through and packing all of the history of that house and our lives in it. The place is like a time capsule !
So with sweat on my brow and tears in my eyes we are going through all the stuff and the list of things we want to keep grows larger and larger.
Brought a half ton, new plan!.....now renting a 16ft cube van

Anyway, as we go through it all I see so much RC potential in a lot of the stuff in my dad's shop and in the house.

Almost feel bad thinking about RC right now but hey, I'm putting my parents junk to good use so that's ok right?

Mario

Sounds tough in many ways, reusing the old stuff in "toys" is a great way to prolong the usefulness. I to think rc all the time. Drives my family a lil batty at times.

same here and in a way mario you are keeping more treasured momento's around for a long time..it's hard saying goodbye to some things look at the bright side.anything you keep and use for R/C ,everytime you use it or play with it or display it ..that item will always have a part of your history and that makes it priceless
