hello I am new to RC construction.
I am starting with a d5 seen a lot of different ideas and have changed my mind several times.I will be using brass and copper on most of the dozer. It is easy to get at the hardware store and I can solder it so I don't need a welder. I was going to use a Tamiya double gear box. But that thought didn't last long lol will be ordering some gear motors soon along with a sabertooth and 6ch. Not %100 on lift electronics yet probably gonna do a servo screw drive for lift and turning the blade. Here is some of my progress. I still have a lot of grinding and sanding to do Last edited by jnorth; 02-23-2015 at 07:20 PM. |
