I like the way these dig from grade up. Digging a roadway or face cut out of the bank seems like a better setup than a regular excavater.

I'm no fan of the plastic stuff but I like the machine you have chosen. I prefer the older style shovels but any type of shovel I like and will watch.

Fumotec incorporates 3D printed parts in his models, like the quick coupler on his hoe, seems to be holding up fine.
Other than the lack of weight, I think 3D model will prove to be quite robust. Will you Brian be building the u/c from steel?

depending on the size of this machine i would buy
the undercarrage from rcbmin . i think they have both rc4wd and the kat carriages |
