RCX in Long Beach, CA
For anyone interested, we have a space open for us at RCX for June 1 & 2.
The event takes place on Saturday 10am-6pm & Sunday 10am-4pm. We need to get as many members to participate as possible. We have 8 weeks before the event. Please let me know if you can attend and what r/c vehicles you can bring. So far we have a 10'x20' space available to us, but it can be larger if we have more members attending. We would especially like to ask for members with construction equipment and customized tractor-trailers to attend. They have offered to have a pile of dirt or DG at the show for us to load and move for our exhibit. Please let me know if you want to attend and what day(s). Thank you, RCT

C'mon guys!!! It's ]RCX, the BIGGEST R/C EXPO of the YEAR.
You should have an interest in attending this event if you live within 200 miles of it We have time right now to make plans and prepare for it. We've been invited and given space to attend. Don't miss this opportunity. This could be the starting point for bringing the West Coast Mini Truckers together and bonding friendships that may last a lifetime. - RCT

I would love to attend, Jason.
It would be quite a trip for me, about 370 miles. I also do not have any construction equipment operational, but I could try to finish my other rig before the trip. This would be a great opportunity for the club. I will let you know if I can make it within this next week. Thanks for telling everyone! -Chris

OK, members... Time to step up. We have a couple of members preparing for the event, but we need more. We have an available space for us to run. The show only cost $15 right now to attend and it's the largest R/C event in the nation, if not the world. Let's make a good impression and have several members attend.
I'd like to be able to inform my contact by Friday that we have a large group committed to this event. Members ready to bring their trucks and equipment to the show. It has been specially requested that excavators and dozers, as well as other R/C construction equipment be on display. If you have it, please bring it. You can contact me by 'pm'. Only 50 days away. We need more truckers to commit and bring equipment for this event to happen.
We need at least 5 truckers per day. Jason and I plan to be there both days (Sat. June 1 and Sunday June 2nd). This will be a fun event and a way to meet other truckers so commit if you can. Contact Jason as soon as possible if you can participate. Alan

Rick Murphy of PMD is attending the show and we now have a 20'x20' space available to drive our trucks and equipment.
