Rigid RC Service
Placed order tonight @ 9:39pm
Package at the Post office on it's way to me @ 10:03pm  Wish I could say there was another business I deal with that has gotten anywhere near that level of service. Most places you call don't even make the time to call you back when all you want to do is hand them your money.

That's excellent. I've looked at their website a lot and wanted to buy some things. Half the issue of being in Aus is sourcing parts. You buy something, takes the seller a week to post and 2 weeks to get here and its a pain, good to know Rigid are very prompt.

Hi Sentinel,
I am in Perth and have bought quite a bit off Rigid RC for customers and club members and have found there service also to be quite flawless. You get a confirming email as your order progresses from stage to stage and shiipin time was about 7 days

Got the package today. Part fitment and finish are not 100% but everything is quite nice overall.
