If anyone has any pointers or better yet step by step what/how to remove the cab sections for fitment on a globe/kinghauler can ya post em' here?

The only pointer I can give you is to be extra careful when you disassemble the cab from the model. Those plastic tabs, man, they sure break easy. I was extra careful and broke one right away. Go slow, wiggle the cab pieces, shove toothpicks into the tabs to keep them unlatched, and use small screw drivers if you have to. I was thinking of putting the cab on a Wedico chassis, so I can't help with you the Tamiya adoption.
