Default Can I use rubber hose for hydraulics?

Hey can I use latex rubber hose in my excavator? About to do a refurb and the hoses are one of the main things I'm going to fix

Will hydraulic fluid go through them? What pressure and liquids are these latex hoses rated for?

Well I'm worried about the material in general, I do t know what the robart hose are made of , that's what's on there now . Another question is what do you guys use? My excavator is 3mm I'd witch is about 1/16 . And also latex and rubber is all I find in black on amazon

I'd steer clear of latex & rubber hoses, as the hydraulic oil may compromise the hose materials.
