Default Jbot Decals

Just wondering, has anyone heard from Jim? I sent him an order in December and have not heard from him since. I have sent numerous emails and get no response.

Just wondering has anything happened?

Max

I've e-mailed Jim and haven't heard back either. Don't know what's going on.

The last time i was at his house picking up my decals he was very sick and he was not answering anything because he was trying to get the outstanding order's out.It must have been bad as he was in.his pj's and he kept apologizing for the length of time it took him to finish my decals.other than that i don't know what else to say.at some point i might be in london and if i am i will check him.out, but i cannot promise you guys anything

Hate to say this but this is a classic example of why if you pay for something...use paypal and if nothing in 30 days which is plenty of time to get things done. And if not put a dispute against them.. the money paid will be frozen until the dispute is settled.either way you would get your money back or the product. This is really unusual of him to do this...i know because paypal has been there for me 4 times already..not for jim some other people

Arrow Re: JBOT Decals

I've sent Jim several e-mails. The last one was sent on July 8th and he hasn't replied to any of them this year. I do know that Dwayne (1985Kenworth) said he was ill, but I can't give any other info than that.

My prayers are with him. I do hope that he's alright.

i spoke with him recently and yes he was ill and he is totally backed up with orders and trying to fill all of them so just be patient ,he is a one man company..he takes orders ..makes them ..packages them and drops them off to the post office ,i know that is no excuse but he ships worldwide.when he did my Blue Mule decals a few years back and i saw his operation..man has a ton of stuff i still cannot believe that he works everything

Thumbs up Re: Jbot Decals

Good to know Dwayne. Glad to hear Jim's doing well.

I was afraid that with the illness he may have been hospitalized. You never know how bad an illness can get over night. My father ended up in the ICU due to low-level pneumonia last year. It was a month before he came home and a couple of months before he was able to feel like his "old self" again.

Well i'll continue waiting to see if he does catch up as it seems he's the only one that does the "Emergency" and "Movin On" decals.

Well I would say it is time to "Move on" and consider you money gone to this clown! Stop and think about it, if this guy was so busy he could not make the decals yet (even if he had gotten sick for a while) he would be a millionaire. You paid him in December and nothing yet, you do the math 1+1=your not getting them from him.

Has anyone considered making there own decals , I do with mine and a testors kit . It's real easy . On the other front I've been waiting for RR decals 6 years now I consider it donation to him . There are others guys in Ottawa waiting just as long and I don't think he was in the hospital all those years . Mike
