Use a globe chassis and a knight hauler cab, cut the hood off, fab up a grille and new cowl panels and your on your way. In the 1:1 world the Century, Coranado and Argosy cabs are for the sake of argument the same cab shell. using the the night cab will get you the best results from the cowl back with out starting from scratch with a pile of styrene. You'll also need to mod the back wall to keep it looking like a cab over.

Forgot to mention that the knight cab would also need to be cut behind the doors and the drivers area widened to be equal with the sleeper sides. Now that I've confused the issue the best thing would be to get a photo of a Coranado and compare it to your Argosy photo above.

The Cascadia has some similar features. Maybe cut the sleeper off and start with it.

The doors on the Cascadia are different where doors are basically the same on the knight and the argosy.

I think regardless with cabine you want to use as the base, you will have to cut it into many pieces and lots of stuff must be created newly.
In addition, the 1851 cabine is seperated into several single parts. If you cut it to redesign, you also must look at the connection points, they must still fit. That's really a challenge. Because of that fac you should think about a complete custom creation of the cabine. I already did it and it's a lot of fun to see it growing. I've build a Mercedes Benz 1851 Gigaline when it wasn't yet available. You only need good drawings with measures to plan the build, but these yo'll also need if you want to modify an existing one.
