Buy/sell complaint about fellow member

I made a thread a few weeks back about an issue with a fellow member, we came to a deal then the seller just stopped contacting me and backed out so i made a complaint. Now my first thread has been erased??????? So I'm now starting a new one because i see the seller is now trying to part out his lot!!!!!!!!! So here's proof of screenshots of the deal, what happens now?

Ok on Thursday the 28th YOU agreed to buy the parts so one week later to the day on the 4th you put up the other thread complaining. Now by the forth he had not responded with a PM agreeing to the sale by giving you his payment info. Not everybody lives on this forum and even if he logged in between the 28th and the 4th He could have been out of town or on his phone and not been prepared to finish the deal. So by throwing up your complaint he may have just walked away and he has the right to do that he had not committed with any payment info yet. I can PM as many people as I want and say I will take what they have for sale but until they say yes it’s yours there is nothing I can do about it.

You other thread was very misleading as well you said you made the deal on the 20th and he had not responded by the 4th. Here is a screen shot of your other thread and I can reactivate it for everyone to see if you would like it was not deleted just hidden.

We clearly had an agreement, he stated a price and I agreed. He stated give me your info and I did and asked for his paypal then nothing, and yes he was on many times after the PM messages and not once did he reply to me in any way, yet he was posting in threads on this forum. Ive bought parts now so I dont need his, its the point he made a thread to sell a lot of parts I then pm him and we had an agreement then he just wont answer? Now hes trying to sell the parts separate........ whatever the reasons he should have stated he changed his mind, I wont other members to see what he did so they know. If you get the parts then lucky you's

You have no PM were he says we have a deal here is my payment info!!!!!!!!!! He put out a price and you said you would like it at that price he never responded and said it is yours!!!!!!!! You decided he took too long to respond and complained about. Sorry he did not jump to attention for you. So what if he was posting in threads he still had the right to decide if he wanted to finish the deal. There is no mandatory time frame here.
