is there anything on the market to conceal my wires down the back inside of my knight frame rails

patience, and zip ties work the best. I spend tons of time looming the wires so as not to see them..thats my advice.

I paint mine flat black, wind together and use a few very small tie straps.

I have used stuff like this and it looks great to tidy up a wire loom. But most of my applications have been in in automotive or in traffic signal cabinets haven't used any on the scale trucks.

In the past I have used heat shrink tubing small zip ties and adhesive backed mounting tabs like these http://www.altex.com:80/75-x-75-Moun...4-P140091.aspx

You'll want a big enough diameter that you can fit whatever plugs thru it without snagging, so measure around the biggest plug.

As for feeding it in, you'll want to go to a dollar store or parety store, and get some of the long thin 'balloon animal' balloons. You'll just be using the end of one, like a 'condom' on the plug.

And remember that the loom shrinks down when you pull on the ends, so fasten one end, then gently tug to get it to collapse (like the way chinese finger trapds do!) and then fasten the other end and trim the excess.

I've use other msaterials for wire loomsin my day, including shoe-laces of various sizes, and you can even use paracord, after pulling the inner cord out.

zip ties and hot glue it'll hide them pretty well. no need to spend money on other stuff. Like Mario said use black paint if needed or just make some deck plates

I gotta agree...

I took my frame braces, and then bored a hole out one side. I threaded the wiring thru the holes and along the frame member. If you don't like tye-wraps, why not try MicroPore paper tape strips, then dab matching paint on it.

Besides, hiding the loom'd cabling is muck harder than hiding the bare wires, and if they are tucked into the C-channel of the frame member, they are less likely to be seen.

I have put mine in heat shrink tubing. 1st I take off the plug ends and run all the wires through and then reinstall all the plug ends. I usually mark them for what color goes where in the plug 1st. They are not to stiff to run in the holes I drilled in the cross members. The next one I wire up I'm going to use small wire loom I have from work I think it looks more realistic than heat shrink tubing but once the truck is together you really can't see the wires to much anyway.

I ran the wires on my Scania R620 through the holes I drilled in the frame stretchers and in the gap between the gearbox and frames to get them into the cab where the MFU is located
