Ordering from Europe

Hi guys, new to the scene. Been doing a lot of reading and it seems that most of you in North America seem to get stuff from Europe. I've seen a few posts saying we don't have to pay there tax? I'm in Vancouver and thinking about ordering this. Would be nice if I don't have to pay the 19% tax!
