I believe it's a spur gear gearhead... I could see it that one small gear might fail, but to have two flawed gearheads on the same model that is brand spanking new
 , that's a new low for this idiot company to have sent out without catching with QC...  Good luck Benny fixing their never ending mistakes in model engineering
