On mounting the fenders. the larger bracket (should be 2) will slide into the frame rails. one for each end of the fenders, the four "L" brackets attach to the inside of the fenders along the lower side of the fenders ( the slot side will go to the frame bracket for height adjustment) then you use the hardware you got with the kit to attach the "L" brackets to the frame mounts . You will have to do some trial fitting to make sure they are where you want them before attaching them to the fenders.....
